Do I need Wi-Fi?

There are two answers to this. To have a local system to view cameras directly on your local computer or monitor then no. If you would like to view your system from a phone or off location, then yes.

Can you view the cameras remotely?

Yes, you will need Wi-Fi to view the cameras using a smart phone app. A process that is completely explained during your installation.

What kind of phone do I need to view the cameras?

The system is compatible with both iPhone and Android devices as you can find the app in the App Store and Google Play.

Can you see your cameras at night?

Yes, the cameras automatically adjust.

Is there a monthly charge?

No, there is a one-time payment at installation for the system.

Is it wireless?

No, our cameras are powered using CAT5e cabling which provides both data and power.

Does it come with any warranty?

Yes, our products have a 90 day warranty on labor and a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.

How long is the video stored for?

The length of time the NVR stores footage is dependent upon several factors including the number of TB included in your NVR, number of cameras and how those cameras are configured. A technician would be able to give you a better estimate.

Can I view the cameras on my own TV or monitor?

Yes, but please be aware that if you have 4K cameras, you would also need a 4K TV or monitor. The picture quality is also dependent upon the monitor you’re using to view them.
